- Services
At OffShoreRDP's, We maintain reselling contracts with established business providers in our field. In the event of reported abuse, our team ensures swift responses, coordinating closely with both providers and customers to take necessary actions.
While we do not assume responsibility for how customers utilize our services, we enforce strict measures. Any reported abuse results in immediate termination of services and permanent banning of the abuser, with no refund provided.
Offshore IP addresses are frequently flagged as false positives upon initial delivery due to their offshore origin.
However In cases where black-hole networking affects offshore servers, customers are subject to a $10 fee for reassignment of a new IP address. Rest assured, all data remains secure throughout this process.
Certain services provided by us have individual terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you upon purchase. It is imperative to adhere to these terms to prevent service suspensions or interruptions.

- Resource Usage
Users must not misuse server resources, including CPU, memory, and bandwidth. Activities that negatively impact server stability, such as excessive resource consumption or running resource-intensive processes, are not allowed. We may monitor resource usage and take action if necessary to ensure fair usage and performance.
- Content Restrictions
Users are responsible for the content they upload to our servers. Content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others is not allowed. You must also adhere to copyright and intellectual property laws when publishing content. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates this policy.

- Orders & Refund
Orders at OffShoreRDP's are typically activated within 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase. While we generally do not offer refunds, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation. Please note that Refunds for Crypto Currencies & PM "payment methods" will be credit to your account balance if your case is approved for a refund.
- Payment Methods & fees
We currently accept the following payment methods:- SberPay & YooMoney: Please note there is an approximate 6% fee associated with transactions (Only For RU).
- Crypto Currencies: Please note there is an approximate 8% fee associated with transactions.
Important: When making payments, ensure you include sufficient network fees and accurately copy both the amount and address to prevent any potential loss of funds.
- Billing Cycles
Monthly (New Orders & Renewals):
- Payments for the monthly billing cycle are due on the day of purchase.
- Example: If a service is purchased on the 20th of the month, the service expiry date will be the 19th of the following month.
Quarterly (New Orders):
- Payments for a new quarterly billing cycle are due on the day of purchase.
- Example: If a quarterly service is purchased on the 15th of April, the service expiry date will be the 14th of July.
Quarterly (Renewals):
- Renewals for quarterly subscriptions are due on the day of renewal.
- Example: If a quarterly subscription is renewed on the 10th of April, the service expiry date will be the 7th of July.
Semi-Annually (New Orders):
- Payments for a new semi-annual billing cycle are due on the day of purchase.
- Example: If a semi-annual service is purchased on the 5th of April, the service expiry date will be the 4th of October.
Semi-Annually (Renewals):
- Renewals for semi-annual subscriptions are due on the day of renewal.
- Example: If a semi-annual subscription is renewed on the 25th of April, the service expiry date will be the 19th of Oct.
Annually (New Orders):
- Payments for an annual billing cycle are due on the day of purchase.
- Example: If an annual service is purchased on the 1st of January, the service expiry date will be the 31st of December.
Annually (Renewals):
- Renewals for annual subscriptions are due on the day of renewal.
- Example: If an annual subscription is renewed on the 12th of Jan, the service expiry date will be the 31st of December.
